Delivery

UK delivery is free. We dispatch orders within 2 working days. This is the time before posting; delivery takes additional time.

Returns

You can cancel before delivery or within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know by email or post using the details above. You then have another 14 days to send the prints back. You do not need to give a reason.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect prints.

We will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned prints or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If your print arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact us so we can put things right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Please include your order number if you have it, so we can find your purchase.

Your details & privacy

Suki Studio uses your name, delivery address, contact details and order information to process and deliver your purchase, handle enquiries and returns, and keep required business records. Contact us using the email or postal address above about your personal information.

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the delivery details you enter so that we can create your checkout. Square processes your payment and stores your order. Your full card details are entered on Square’s checkout and are not collected by this website. Postal services receive the details needed to deliver your order.

We use order information to fulfil our contract with you, meet legal record-keeping duties and manage our business securely. We do not use your checkout details to sign you up for marketing.

Your basket is saved on your device so you can continue shopping. A temporary checkout reference is saved for the browser session. This website does not add advertising or analytics tracking. Square and Instagram have their own privacy and cookie notices when you visit them.

The checkout service removes its temporary copy of your delivery address after Square confirms that checkout was created. If the connection fails, that copy may be kept to recover the same checkout safely. Closed checkout references are removed after 30 days; active or unresolved orders are kept until resolved. Hosting backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 further days. Square order records and correspondence are kept as needed for delivery, returns, legal records and resolving disputes.

Our service providers may process information outside the UK using applicable data-protection safeguards. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Square’s privacy notice for details.

You can ask to access or correct your information, and request deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where those rights apply. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
